How to read what is on this site while the resort is still being built — and what it is not.

This site describes a resort and residential community under development in Bellhaven, Florida. It exists so that people can follow the project and get in touch. It is published for information only.
This matters more here than on most sites, so it is worth being plain about it:
Nothing on this site should be relied on as a specification, a warranty, or a commitment about what will be built.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, any interest in the project, or any real property. It is not investment advice and it is not a prospectus.
No offer of any interest will be made except through formal documentation, delivered directly, and only in places where such an offer is lawful and to people qualified to receive it. Any decision to invest or to buy must be made on those documents alone and not on anything published here.
Parts of this site describe things we intend or expect to happen — that a building will open, that a phase will complete, that a service will be offered. Statements like these are not facts. They rest on assumptions that may turn out wrong, and on approvals, financing, weather, supply and contractors that are outside our control. The Halcyon Seaside Resort name, the seal and wordmark, the renderings, the plans, the photography, the text and the design of this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read the site, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or use any of it commercially without our written permission. Press inquiries and requests for the full rendering set are welcome — the contact page has the address.
Where we link out, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the servers behind it, scrape it at volume, or use the inquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages or anything unlawful.
This site is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from anything you relied on here. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Calder County, Florida have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
